License Grant
Subject to these terms, the Author grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, and modify this Software for personal, educational, internal research, and commercial purposes (with restrictions noted in Section 2).
Restrictions on the Software Itself
You are strictly prohibited from the following without prior written consent from the Author:
- Selling the Software: You may not sell, rent, or lease the unmodified Software or any derivative versions of it.
- Commercial Hosting/SaaS: You may not host this Software as a public or private paid service, or include it as part of a paid subscription model, without explicit permission.
- Paid Commercial Bundles: You may not resell this Software as part of a commercial package or bundle.
YOU CAN: Use Outputs Commercially
The restrictions in Section 2 apply ONLY to the Software code and interface itself.
- You Own the Output: You own all 3D meshes, textures, and assets generated using this Software ("Output").

Commercial Monetization: You are free to use, sell, license, or profit from the Output for any commercial purpose without restrictions, including:
- Selling models on marketplaces (Sketchfab, Turbosquid, etc.)
- Using generated assets in commercial games, films, or projects
- Offering freelance services using generated outputs
- Licensing or sublicensing generated content
- No royalties or obligations to the Author
External Services & API Keys
This Software acts as a client for external services (ComfyUI and third-party APIs).
- You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any external API providers you use.
- You are responsible for any costs incurred through your use of external API keys or services.
- The Author is not liable for external service fees, outages, or policy changes.
Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
